Hi, I’m Frazier Fathers, and I’m the Ward 2 City Councillor representing West Windsor.
I’ve lived and worked in West Windsor for over a decade. The community is always at the core of what I do and I strive to do the same as a councillor. During my six years at United Way, I was privileged to oversee funding for numerous West Windsor organizations delivering impactful programs for children, youth, and seniors. I had the opportunity to lead local consultations for the Gordie Howe International Bridge Community Benefits Agreement, helping ensure community voices shaped millions of dollars in investment. This year, in my private consulting work, I partnered with local organizations to publish a report on income inequality, highlighting the growing economic divide and its role in the housing crisis.
As your Councillor, I will build on the work of our passionate community members who have created an upward momentum in West Windsor. I’ll capitalize on existing investments and explore opportunities for new investments while protecting the progress that has been made across the Ward in recent years. From seeing the big picture of city-wide issues to drilling down to the little things that matter on your street, I am here to listen, learn, and advocate for Ward 2.
